Registration Problems    
         
 

The quick reference guide answers some common questions regarding difficulties registering on eForeverYoung.

 
         
  The registration page states that my email is not available to use.  
         
    If you have been invited to a group on eForeverYoung, your email will already be in the system. Check your "SPAM" or "Junk" folder for an email from eForeverYoung. Once you find the group invitation, click the "accept" link and then you can register to eForeverYoung.  
         
  I can't find my registration confirmation email.    
         
   

Make sure you check your trash or spam folder (depending on your email provider). Once you have accessed this folder make sure the date and time are the same as when you submitted the registration form on eForeverYoung.com.  The email will be from eForeverYoung or noreply@eforeveryoung.com.  The subject of the emails will reflect the successful registration or activation. 

 
         
  Why am I waiting so long for my account to be activated?    
         
   

There is a possibility of an influx of registrants on the website.  We want to make sure that members have a quality experience on the site and we may have to create more room for additional members before approving additional registrations.  If this is the case, we will inform site visitors through the Inside eFY section.

 
         
  I never received an activation email.    
         
   

If you have waited over a week for account activation, check your spam or trash folder again to make sure the emails are not being stored there.  If they are there, select the message and either mark it as “not spam” or “mark as safe.”  All future emails should go directly to your inbox. If you can not find the email anywhere, try signing onto the site with the information you provided eForeverYoung in the registration form.  If that does not work try registering again.

 
         
  Should I contact eForeverYoung for assistance.    
         
   

Before contacting eForeverYoung, try to find the answer to your question in the Help Center section of the site.  Also, sometimes a little trial and error can help solve problems.  If all else fails, feel free to contact us if your problem persists and we will get back to you as soon as we can in order to resolve the problem. Make sure to provide detailed documentation of your problem in order to speed up the process.
