  Logging In

If I no longer have access to my contact email, will I lose my eForeverYoung account?

Once you are a registered member of eForeverYoung, you can login using your email and the password you have created.  If you have not registered, you will not be able to log into the site.  If you are having trouble logging in, check the password problems portion of site help.

I want my email stored so I don’t have to type it in all the time.

In order to prevent unauthorized usage on the site, eForeverYoung will not save this information once you have logged out of the site.

I can not log in; the page just keeps coming up the same.

First, after you have attempted to sign in navigate back to the sites homepage.  You might actually be logged in, but not properly directed to a certain page.  Second, read below.

This problem is most likely caused by not having cookies enabled on your browser.  Cookies are bits of code that sites use to track users.  Once you have logged on to eForeverYoung, we will give you a cookie so you can access all the pages that signed in members are allowed to access.  Once you log out, the cookie will no longer exist and you will have to log back in to receive another session cookie.  eForeverYoung supports Internet Explorer, Mozilla, and Safari.  Listed below is how you can enable cookies on your browser.  eForeverYoung is best viewed on Internet Explorer.

Internet Explorer (PC) – Click tools on the top menu bar, select Internet Options, then click on the privacy tab on the top.  You can then switch the positioning of the scroll bar to change the privacy settings.  If the same problem persists, follow these directions again while setting the privacy a notch lower.

Mozilla (PC or MAC) – Under the Preferences and Options page click the “privacy” tab and navigate to the cookies portion.  Select “Allow sites to set cookies.”

Safari (MAC) – Click the top menu tab “Safari.”  Scroll to the “preferences,” then click on the “security” tab.  Now choose either “Always allow cookies” or “only from sites you navigate to.”  Selecting the latter will have a higher security setting.

In order for these changes to take effect, you must close your browser and reopen it.  If the problem persists, try following the above directions again.  Also, try going to the homepage after attempting to sign in.  You might actually be signed in, but keep returning to the log in page.  If none of these methods work, restart your computer.
