eForeverYoung’s copyright policies are explained in the websites Terms of Use.  Below are a couple answers to common questions.

eForeverYoung cannot consistently monitor posts, and therefore, copyright infringement could occur.  The users are responsible for any material that they upload.  If they are reported to have infringed on a copyright, eForeverYoung will take down that material.  If users continually post copyrighted material, eForeverYoung will take further action and possibly ban that member from the site.

Send a message to legal@eforeveryoung.com with information pertaining to the infringement.  Information should include page link, author, and portion of the work.  You can also report this content through the report link on the page where the content is posted.

Do I still own the copyright of content I post?

Yes, eForeverYoung does not obtain the copyright to your content, even if it has been posted on the site.  You can also refer to the website’s Terms of Use.
