If I no longer have access to my contact email, will I lose my eForeverYoung account?

 
               
     

No, your eForeverYoung account will remain active and you will still be able to use the same login email.  However, eForeverYoung suggests that you update your contact email in order to receive requests and notifications from your neighbors or eForeverYoung.  Update this contact email as soon as possible, because, eForeverYoung must have a valid contact email for all of our members; this is how we remain in communication with all the members of the network.

 
               
   

Can I change my login email address?

 
               
     

Yes, under your account settings you can change the email address that you use to sign into the site.  Your contact email address is also your login email address.

 
               
   

I’m using a different email account; can I change my contact email?

 
               
     

Yes, under account settings you are able to change your contact email.  This will be the same as your login email.  All correspondence from eForeverYoung will be sent to this email address.  Remember that switching your contact email address also changes your login email address.

 
               
   

How can I get eForeverYoung to stop sending me notifications via email?

 
               
     

Under the account settings “notifications” tab, members are able to set their preferences for the different email notifications that are sent to them.  You are able to opt out of almost all of the emails that you might receive from eForeverYoung; however, you will still receive important site related emails from eForeverYoung on occasion.  At times eForeverYoung will need to inform the members of the site of important information, and for that reason, a valid email address is always needed. 

If you recognize that you should be receiving notifications, but they are not making it to your email box, you can first check your account setting “notifications” tab.  Make sure that you are allowing eForeverYoung to send you the notifications you wish to receive in your email box.

Also, your email box might have certain filters in place to prevent spam.  Check your junk / spam email in order to determine if you have been receiving emails, which have been classified as junk.  If this is the case, there will be a way to approve that the messages are in fact safe (this will be done through a link via your email provider).  If the problems persist, write an email to your email provider expressing your concern.  After attempting the above suggestions, and if you are still not able to receive emails from eForeverYoung, contact our staff and we will provide assistance.

 
               
   

What if my name changes?

 
               
     

You are able to change your name under your account settings.  A name change will require validation because eForeverYoung does not allow fake names.  eForeverYoung requires that members use their full name in order to be identified properly by others on the site that might want to become their neighbor.

 
               
    I’ve moved to a different time zone; how can I change that?
